HOW TO BECOME AN AGENT/SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Provident Life advertises vacancies in the dailies. Applications are received at the head office, Provident Towers building. Candidates are short listed, interviewed and selected for training and subsequent sales activities.
QUALIFICATION:
To qualify, an applicant must meet the following requirements:
? A minimum academic qualification of Senior High School with passes in English, Mathematics and General Science.
? Good interpersonal and communication skills.
? Must be honest and sincere.
? Attach CVs to application.
? Watch out for our adverts from time to time.
? Submit two passport size photographs.
TRAINING:
Provident Life trains all its newly recruited agents at both the head office and the branches. The training is meant to give them an initial insight into insurance, agency work as well equipment with basic skills in marketing sales, communication and customer service delivery.
